INSURANCE AGENT’S REPORT OCTOBER 2007

What are your chances of making an insurance claim?

Do you have homeowners insurance on your house?  What is the chance of a claim for a house fire? ONE CHANCE IN 1200.

What about auto insurance?   What is the chance of a major loss?   ONE CHANCE IN 240.

Do you have health insurance?  What is the chance that you will have a health insurance claim for a hospital stay?  ONE CHANCE IN 33.

Do you have Long Term Care insurance for nursing home, assisted living or care in your home?  What is the chance that you or a loved one will have a long term care claim?  According to the book “The risk  of needing Long-Term Care Insurance made simple,” page 43,  THE CHANCE  IS ONE IN TWO.

Matt Blunt, governor of Missouri recognizes the need for Missouri citizens to have Long Term Care by sending a letter to Missouri citizens to advise them that he has signed into law legislation allowing Missourians to deduct 100% of the cost of long term care insurance. Missouri and the federal government are working on a program called Own Your Future. The goal of the program is to encourage Missourians from the ages of 45 to 65 to start planning now for their future long-term care needs.  Why not obtain the peace of mind by having the protection of long- term care which you have a high risk of needing and is the only one of the above products that is 100% tax deductable in Missouri.  Contact me for more information and how to obtain your free “Long-Term Care Planning Tool Kit”.  Your future starts tomorrow.  Contact me today.
